Hi, just wondering if anyone would tell me where you get your training plans from as so far training has been a bit hit and miss for me so I think it's about time I applied a bit more thought to the subject.
Is there a book or a website that you'd recommend?
Has anyone gone further than this and employed a trainer/coach to come up with a tailored training plan? |

Andrew, having read a few books, one that stands out for me is The Triathletes Training Bible by Joe Friel, an American coach. The one I have is a few years old but it has been updated since. I think I got it through Amazon. As a level 3 triathlon coach, I can prepare individual training plans and provide one to one coaching. If you or any other members are interested feel free to contact me for more details. _________________ Graham Hart |

Would recommend taking advantage of Graham's offer.... Let him know what events you are targeting and he will work a plan out towards them..
A few of our members worked with Graham last year to acheive their goals.....
Go for it
