I'm leading the ride this Sunday for the 'fast' group. I plan to do about 35 miles, basically heading off through Hullbridge out to Canedown, through Rochford hence to Wakering and back along Southend seafront (where it's always windy!). A relatively flat ride at an average pace of no more than 17mph.

See you Sunday.

Andrew

Please don't bring any rain with you!

Oddly enough, without conferring with Andy, this is pretty much the same route I shall be leading with the slower group. Naturally, we will take longer and may even have stop off at mine for a bacon sarnie and a mug of hot tea!

Thanks for the ride out today Jan, what a nice quick ride back along the sea front, and many thanks to Matt and Neil for their help with the puncture.

You are welcome, Chris. Hopefully puncture-free next time. Glad you enjoyed the seafront back. It was a nice change from the wind in the face we usually get. My thanks to all in my group yesterday for their company and support.
