I'll be more than happy to start at 6am but I won't be up to 100 miles. If you want to loop back somewhere near Rayleigh then I can peel off around half-way.
If you are not too worried about a fast pace then I should be able to do closer to 50-60 without holding you up, but if you are plaaning a pretty quick pace, then it would probably be better if I will expect to peel off somewhere between 40-50 miles.
If you do have a route in mind then if you put it in gmaps I will make sure that I have it in the GPS.
So, see you at the Crown at 6am.

Oops. Thanks for pointing that out.
Probably too late to arrange but anyone else interested in a run tomorrow morning.
Ideally, leave early so that we can be back by 10, but let me know if 7am is too early.
I'll check in on the forum midnight Saturday, or you can give me a ring.
