I will be out for an easy ride this Sunday if anyone wants to come along? I plan on doing about 40ish miles and can meet at the Crown at 7.30.

No problem - in fact I will probably just go for a gentle spin to Barling and back. I cycled home from work on Thursday into the wind all the way. I felt a lot fresher when I got off the bike in Austria than when I got home after the 60 miles from London! Anyway have a good ride! BTW I'll be out for the normal Wednesday morning ride this week.

Thanks for the ride yesterday guys - great weather, great company and no pressure to keep up the mileage - bliss! I really enjoyed it! Also I think a few of us might be able to turn a corner now thanks to John's coaching!

Thanks Zena.... just as long as no one takes any notice of going down hill with one leg in the air shorts caught on the back of the seat and a broken left cleat...... did well to stay on,,,,
