Calling all bike leaders!! I have just realised I will be unable to lead the ride on Sunday as I am taking part in the Deal Aquathlon. Hopefully somebody will be able to step in and save the day? Mark Bidston will not be available either as he will be doing a long run on Sunday as part of his FLM training.

I will take a group tomorrow morning - the route will be Southend Seafront, Shoeburyness, Little Wakering, Rochford, Canewdon, Rayleigh.
Total distance around 35 miles.
There will be some sprints (or at least efforts) included within the set. _________________ Richard

Well done John - I think you were the only madman out - I saw the ice on the patio and the snow coming down and decided to lie in bed and watch the Grand Prix instead. _________________ Richard
