Hi, just wondering if anyone would tell me where you get your training plans from as so far training has been a bit hit and miss for me so I think it's about time I applied a bit more thought to the subject.

Is there a book or a website that you'd recommend?

Has anyone gone further than this and employed a trainer/coach to come up with a tailored training plan?

Andrew, having read a few books, one that stands out for me is The Triathletes Training Bible by Joe Friel, an American coach. The one I have is a few years old but it has been updated since. I think I got it through Amazon. As a level 3 triathlon coach, I can prepare individual training plans and provide one to one coaching. If you or any other members are interested feel free to contact me for more details.

Andy

Would recommend taking advantage of Graham's offer.... Let him know what events you are targeting and he will work a plan out towards them..

A few of our members worked with Graham last year to acheive their goals.....

Go for it
