Well done to Ben, Paul and Steve for finishing the Ballbuster. A great effort on what is a very tough course.
A few of us plan on doing this event in the March. Entry forms for the spring Ballbuster are now on the human race web site at http://www.humanrace.co.uk/buster/ballbuster.pdf
The date is the 15th March, 2008. This is a great warm up event for those of you who are doing Ironman Austria.

How about those of us doing FLM and IMFrance?
Will probably do this as the bike looks like the sort of thing I need to be doing. |

Fish,
Yep, I'm still doing the Ballbuster. As you say a good opportunity for a run and a cycle albeit that I will be jogging it.
