Hi,
thought I'd start a thread about books/dvds which people have and think worth sharing with others in the club.
Have just read a book by Stuart Staples - 'Not Normal behaviour'. Stuart writes about his experience going from a Novice to an Ironman in a year. A cracking read and strange to read a book which captures many of my thoughts. Thanks to Sue and Chris for passing the book to me.
The book is ready for its next home, I'll have it with me on Monday night swimming - so if anyone wants to read it please let me know.
Anyone have other tri related books they want to share? _________________

Hi Neil
If it is still available I would like to have a read. Will be at swimming. I also lent a book to Jan about an Ultra marathon runner, incredible reading makes Ironmen look wimps, not sure who has it now.

Steve,
I'll bring the book down the club on thursday
you'll read it before me, if I try to read it on the
train I'll be asleep after one page.

I have a couple of training 'bibles' that delve right into the science of training for the serious triathletes, yet can be used by mere mortals such as I.
Happy for anyone to borrow them at any time.
Lee
P.S. Paul H - I saw you raced on Sunday - sorry to have missed you but glad to see you're back in training. How's the shoulder? |

I have read Not Normal Behaviour, and have just finished the one about the Mad Endurance Runner and will take swimming Thurs. I have passed Rough Ride (about cyclists) to Jan Burrows.
