| Is anyone else not doing Harwich that might be training for an IM that could possibly prevent me from the insanity of a solo 100 mile bike ride?! |

Sorry Mate...... out later in the day.... you could come some far with us and turn back on your own....
And remember by just adding 10 miles each week to your long bike ride intentions on paper...... makes you feel better

I would be happy to keep you company for the first 50-60 or so. If you want to do a figure of 8 through (or not too far from Rayleigh). I will take my share at the front, but don't expect any PBs!
I assume you will be starting early on the Monday morning--earlier the better for me.
Give me a ring if you want to discuss..

Hi Lee,
I would be keen to tag along for a 100ish mile bike ride on Monday, let me know when and where.
Regards,
Dan. _________________ Dan |

| Great stuff - none of that fast stuff though!! I'll try to find the time to come up with a route. How about 7am at the Crown? |

7am is fine by me.
If you can put the route up on G-maps, I can put it into the GPS.
I do have quite a few of the routes that we have done previously already in there, including the 2 possible 70 mile runs from last week.
One option would be the 70 mile run towards Brentwood that we didn't do last week.

If I am still tracking with you guys I am happy to try for the whole 70, but if I am struggling I can cut a few miles at 31 miles by going through Blackmore, and again miss some from West Hanningfield to Rettendon.
You can easily add 30 miles by continuing on from Hullbridge to Canewdon or Shoebury.
See you on Monday at 7am.

Sorry all - family issues mean that I have no idea what time I will be going out tomorrow - might not be until lunchtime. If I'm there at 7am I'll join you otherwise enjoy your ride and I'll see you next week.
Cheers, Lee |
